At Solveig, each piece is thoughtfully designed to accompany you with style and comfort. If it’s not the right fit, we’ve simplified the exchange process to make everything smooth and stress-free. 

As a young ethical brand in development, we do not benefit from the budget flexibility of large retailers; this is why return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

All orders with discount above 15% are final. No return will be accepted.

Exchanges & Returns in Canada

  • All returns must be made by mail only and are at the buyer’s expense. Free return drop-off point available in Montreal. 
  • Please note that only one return (exchange and/or refund) per order is authorized and will be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Timeframe: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
  • Product condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags attached.
  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (underwear, swimwear without a hygienic liner) cannot be returned.

How to make an exchange?

  • Make sure your item is eligible for return.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and we will ship your replacement item back to you free of charge.
  • Drop off your parcel within the next 7 days.
  • Once received, we will ship your new item at no additional cost.

 

Incorrect addresses or unclaimed orders

Parcels returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be refunded as store credit. Please ensure your information is accurate and track your shipment using the link provided.

🌎 Exchanges & Returns (Countries other than Canada)

  • Exchanges and refunds are accepted and fully covered by the customer.
  • Contact: hello@solveigmama.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange / return.
